Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment Terms

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Pricing: All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TeleComm is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results from using our platform
  • Compatibility with all Telegram features

You use TeleComm at your own risk. We are not responsible for any Telegram account restrictions resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleComm shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Telegram account restrictions or bans
  • Actions taken based on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
